Terms and Conditions: Waterlily Advent Calendar Promotion

 

Promotion Period:

The Waterlily Skin Body Spa Advent Calendar Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on December 1st and ends on December 24th, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility:

The Promotion is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years or older.

How to Participate:

  1. During the Promotion Period, participants can make a qualifying purchase on the Waterlily website.
  2. The Advent Calendar includes 12 gifts, one revealed every other day starting on December 1st.
  3. Each qualifying purchase automatically entitles the participant to receive the specified gift with purchase, as indicated in the Promotion details.

Gifts with Purchase:

  1. Gifts with purchase include skincare products, discounts, or exclusive items and materials.
  2. Each gift and/or discount is specified in the Promotion materials and will be automatically included with the qualifying purchase or can be redeemed through a coupon code.
  3. Gifts with purchase are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

Publicity:

By participating in this Promotion, participants grant Waterlily the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions:

  1. Waterlily Skin Body Spa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.
  2. Waterlily Skin Body Spa is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may affect participation.
  3. Any attempt to manipulate or disrupt the Promotion will result in disqualification.

Waterlily Skin Body Spa is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this Promotion.

Disputes:

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Promotion will be governed by the laws of Australia and resolved in the appropriate courts of Australia.
